位於將軍澳嘅尚德邨，係全港第二個樓高超過40層公共屋邨。同埋側邊嘅寶明苑同廣明苑，夾埋有十八座，住人一萬八。為應付人口需要，政府亦喺屋苑附近額外起咗尚德廣場同埋三間中小學。

Together with nearby Kwong Ming Court and Po Ming Court, the housing complex comprises of a total of 18 blocks, housing around 18,000 residents. A neighbouring mall - TKO Spot, and 3 schools were also built to cater for the population.
