🚘林士街多層停車場大廈坐落上環林士街北端，西臨港澳客輪碼頭⛴，北朝維多利亞港。大樓樓高13層，有835個車位，係香港車位最多嘅政府停車場。

大樓除咗顧名思義包含8層嘅停車場外，亦有唔同部門喺度設立辦公室。其中，底層屬於香港電燈有限公司營運嘅電力站🔋，最頂4層則係食物及衛生局、衛生署、律政司、運輸署等部門嘅辦公室🗃，而西環學生健康服務中心亦位於大廈之內。

林士街多層停車場形狀簡潔，外牆用上幾可圖案，屬於現代主義建築風格📐。大樓建於1970年，同期其他類似嘅停車場仲有美利道多層停車場、中間道多層停車場、油麻地停車場大廈等。可惜，三者皆遭拆卸。港府亦曾經考慮改建林士街停車場為商廈🏢，但暫時未有落實方案。
 

🚘Rumsey Street multi-storey Carpark Building is located at the northern end of Rumsey Street, Sheung Wan, with the Hong Kong - Macau Ferry Terminal⛴ to its west and Victoria Harbour to its north. The 13-storey building has 835 parking spaces, the most amongst all government car parks in Hong Kong.

In addition to the 8 stories of parking space, the building also holds different government offices within. Specifically, the Hongkong Electric Co. Ltd.💡has set up a substation on the building’s ground floor, while the top 4 floors houses offices of departments including the Food and Health Bureau🦞, the Department of Health💉, the Department of Justice ⚖, and the Transport Department 🛣. The Western District Student Health Service Center🩺 is also located within.

The Rumsey Street Carpark Building is designed with a modernist architectural style, represented by the building’s simple shape and usage of geometrical patterns 📐on the exterior walls. It was built in 1970, when similar car parks including Murray Road Multi-storey Carpark, Middle Road Multi-storey Carpark, Yau Ma Tei Carpark Building popped up in the city around the same period. Unfortunately, all three of them have already been demolished 🚧. The Hong Kong government has also considered converting the Rumsey Street car park into a commercial building, but there are no detailed plans yet.
