錦上路站係一個位於元朗區錦田東匯路屬於港鐵屯馬綫嘅鐵路車站🚉。車站附近亦係屯馬綫嘅八鄉車廠與港鐵錦田大樓(圖5)嘅所在地。

車站外有一個跳蚤市場同大型廣場，售賣啲手工製品🎎，係港鐵唯一車站設有相關設施。廣場亦設有一個露天停車場，有593個車位🚘，係多個車站停車埸之冠。

同好多其他地鐵站一樣，車站附近起緊一系列嘅住宅單位。呢個項目樓面面積佔205萬平方呎，計劃提供2700個單位，容納6,600人。項目亦都包含43萬平方呎嘅商業零售樓面。🏙

第一期位於錦上路站嘅西南面。項目地盤有45萬平方呎，規定作私人住宅用途，規定不少於1,652個單位。二期則未招標。📈

Kam Sheung Road Station is situated near Tung Wui Road in Kam Tin, Yuen Long District. Part of the MTR (Mass Transit Railway), the station is accompanied by the MTR Kam Tin Building (pic 5) and MTR Pat Heung Maintenance Centre nearby.

Outside the station situate a large plaza and a flea market, where one can purchase hand-made goodies 🎏, one of a kind amongst all other MTR stations. The plaza also hosts a car park 🚘, providing a convenient interchange for private car owners to MTR. With 593 parking spaces, it is the highest among all MTR station car parks.

Like many other MTR stations, residential projects are being developed close by.🏡 Having an area of 2.05 million sq ft, the project aims to provide up to 2,700 flats, aiming to hold 6,600 people. This plot includes a 430 thousand sq ft site allocated for commercial and retailing purposes.💱

Phase 1 of the project is being developed due southwest from the station, providing at least 1,652 private flats🏘 when completed. Phase 2, on the other hand, is yet to be open for bidding.
